a. Damaged Items: If you receive a product that is damaged, please contact our customer service team within three (3) days of receiving the order. We will provide instructions on returning the damaged item and, upon verification, offer a replacement or a refund.

b. Incorrect Orders: In the event that you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within three (3) days of receiving the order. We will guide you through the return process, and once we confirm the error, we will arrange for the correct item to be shipped or provide a refund.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

b. Provide your order number, details of the issue, and any relevant photos of the damaged or incorrect items.

c. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process, including providing a return authorization and shipping instructions.

3. Conditions for Returns

a. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation.

b. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition.

4. Refunds and Replacements

a. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process a refund or send a replacement, as applicable.

b. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within five (5) business days of receiving the returned item.
